Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about upgrading your mountain bike's seatpost.
How do I know which dropper post size fits my bike?
You need to check your bike frame's seat tube diameter (standard sizes are 27.2mm, 30.9mm, 31.6mm, or 34.9mm) and the maximum insertion depth available. We recommend measuring your current seat height to determine the appropriate travel length.
What is the difference between internal and external cable routing?
Internal routing (Stealth) runs the cable through the bike frame for a clean look, while external routing runs the cable along the outside of the frame. Ensure your frame is 'dropper ready' before purchasing an internal model.
Do you offer international shipping on remotes and posts?
Yes, we ship our high-performance MTB components worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and preferred carrier.
What is your return policy for installed components?
We accept returns within 30 days for items in original, uninstalled condition. Once a dropper post has been installed or the cable has been cut, it is no longer eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
How often does a dropper post require servicing?
For optimal performance, we recommend a basic clean and lubrication every 50 hours of riding and a full cartridge service or rebuild once per season, depending on trail conditions and usage.
Are your remotes compatible with other brands of dropper posts?
Most of our universal CNC-machined remotes are compatible with any cable-actuated dropper post. Please check the 'cable pull' specifications on the product page to ensure a perfect match for your specific post model.
